My wife and I own a townhouse in the Bay Vista complex of Foster City, CA. We found E-Z Plumbing Company with the help of Yelp and could not be happier.
E-Z Plumbing replaced our 40 year old galvanized steel piping with "L" grade copper piping for about 35% less than another quote we received. They said that the job would require two days. However, they were essentially done, and the water was back on, at the end of the first day. The foreman brought a crew of 6 and worked with them for the entire duration of the job. They did such a good job of masking and taping that I our house looked like a semi-conductor clean room. In many ways, it was obvious that this company has had a great deal of experience in re-piping.
After their work was done, I examined one of my old pipes, before they hauled it away. It was so bad, I could not see any light through a two-foot section.
Now, my wife and I are enjoying a significant increase in water pressure, no more brown water each morning and no more rust flakes in the faucet screens. And, I am quite sure that our water heater will last longer than the last one.

A friend referred Percy and I also read the reviews on Yelp, which boosted my confidence. You will not regret hiring Percy and his team! I hired Percy to do copper repiping for the entire house as well as sewer pipe replacement within the house. Percy gave a flat rate for the job, and his pricing included materials and labor.
I called Percy at 8:30am on a Friday, he came to check out the piping at lunchtime. He analyzed the situtation to me pointing out that the pipes in my old house (~50 years) was already corroded and it's a pinch in my pocket now to replace them but I would benefit in the long term. He gave me a quote that was affordable that met my budget, since I did not require him to patch up the walls as my bathrooms were already undergoing remodelling. So I signed him up the next day to do the job.
Percy didn't disappoint. He showed up ontime exactly at 7am on a Sat with his crew of 6 and finished by 4pm in the afternoon! He was always conscientious about not making a mess and conducted a walkthrough of the work being done whenever he saw that I was unsure and confused. In the process of changing the pipes under the house, he also found problems with the drainage in the kitchen and bathroom and pointed them out to me.
I signed him up to fix the drainage problem the very next day, and he didn't disappoint, and got all the corroded steel pipes replaced! Again, everything was up to code. I would definitely use Percy's plumbing services again!

Percy of EZ Plumbing was refered to us. He was on site as scheduled to do a bid. VERY AFFORDABLE. Very Friendly. There is no extra charge for weekend work (good to not have to take a day from work).
Percy and all his staff are respectful. They layed plastic in my entire house and wore slip on's over their shoes to keep my house clean.
Percy set up all permits, and set up the inspection, and was on site with the inspection.
Now, there were a few things that were done that I was confused about - I emailed Percy about them. When he came for the inspection, he made very thing right- to my TOTAL satisfaction.
The inspector had very high comments for their level of work, and how professional, complete and compliant their work was done. That is something you dont hear every day.
I can not recommend Percy, and the Team from EZ plumbing enough. They will be my "on call guys" for everything.

From the late night (after 8:30 pm) call to get help with a sewage backup, to the extremely friendly and polite men who arrived within the timeframe provided to us, to the work they did that night and the following day, we felt that E-Z Plumbing is a great company.
